We waited a few months for our Bosch Dishwasher to come in. Unfortunately when we called for updates on when it would arrive they could never provide an answer. Seems a long time to wait for a shipment from a distribution center.
They then finally installed it and after a few hours the installer said we had a problem with our electrical and he couldn't get it to work. Said we have to call an electrician. So we called the electrician and when he came he tested everything and said our power was fine. Then he looked at the power cord on the back of the machine that snaps in and found it was properly snapped in. Therefore plugging it in properly made the unit work.
We spoke to the Ferguson Manager Brian Metsker about the cost of the electrician and he agreed to pay for the service call. Well after a few month Brian keeps on emailing that the "Subcontractor" who installed the appliance needs to get a hold of me to issue the refund. He also would not provide their contact information so all I can do is wait.
We purchased from Ferguson so I feel they should issue the refund and then they can work out the money with their subcontractor.
I will not purchase again from them. I have a record of the emails between us backing up this information

We stopped at their showroom in Hilliard but they had nothing for us to look at in the form of an oven/microwave combination. However, a sales-lady took the information and e-mailed information on three units which might work on the following day. We said we wished to go forward with the order. She said she would schedule a site inspection to make sure the units would work for our application. We would hear from the scheduler the following day. We heard nothing for a few days so we called the store and the receptionist gave us the name of the scheduler who works at another site. I reached him and he said he had received our order but it was buried in paper on his desk as he was very busy. He pulled the order out and scheduled the site inspection immediately. The inspection went well and was on time. We selected one of the units, paid by credit card and she promised to order it and notify us when it was received in Hilliard (couple of days). After a few days I called back in and she said the unit was in and that she would schedule the installation. The installers arrived on time, were very neat and protective of our home. The old unit was removed easily. The new unit was installed without incident. There were no defects in the merchandise and it is operating very well.

One of the items was ordered incorrectly, so they did refund us the money. The appliances have been in use for a few weeks, and they are very nice. It was worth it to have them professionally installed into our new kitchen.

They have done a wonderful job and we are really pleased with the windows. They were very professional and polite and they were on time. They were very skilled at what they did. They explained to us that we shouldn't open the windows for five days in order for the caulking to set and that we shouldn't put our blinds back up for two days. They showed us how to open the windows and clean them and how to operate them. They look very beautiful. I don't even want to put any curtains or blinds up because I want the windows to show since they look so pretty.

Kate was responsive. Communication via email was effective. The price of the Miele dishwasher was comparable to other sites. Installation went smoothly and as scheduled.

The company was not very responsive to errors in billing for a shower door we ordered. Ferguson charged us to different amounts for the door. We had a charge of $596.73 and a charge of $479.95 on our credit card statement for the same door. When I called to question the charges, I was told the $596.73 was an error and it would be credited back to my credit card. I was told I would receive an e-mail in the next 24-48 hrs showing the credit back. I never received an e-mail. I checked my credit card statement for 2 weeks and the credit card was never credited. I called back to try and resolve. I was again told that the charges were incorrect and they would correct. The woman I spoke with recalculated the invoice and told me they had forgotten to charge me the shipping freight on the door. This amount would have to be added back in and deducted from the credit. The freight was approximately $68.00. I explained to her that I had never been told about the freight charges. Conveniently, when I pushed on the issue, she said she could not tell me exactly what I had been quoted because the bid had been deleted in the computer. I have a copy of the bid and there is no mention of freight charges. But, it is not worth my time to try and fight this charge. But I did want to alert others to the issues with Ferguson so they are prepared if they decide to do business with them. They lack of communication and professionalism with Ferguson has prompted me to write this review. I understand that I only spent a few hundred dollars with them, but I would expect a little better response to a legitimate customer concern. I will never buy anything from them again. There are too many options available. As of now, I am still waiting for my credit card to be credited. I do want to give a huge thumbs up to Rob Barrett, the gentleman who installed the shower door. He is a private contractor that does work for Ferguson. He did an outstanding job on the installation. He was on time, did quick work and cleaned up the mess from installation. Thanks Rob.

They have a very nice showroom and the lady who helped us was super and was very good to work with. They made sure that I got the right size of the fixtures. They also gave me a good price. I had to go back to them 3 times as I got the some wrong fixtures and they were very responsive to my needs.

WE WERE NEOPHYTES ABOUT WHAT FIXTURES TO USE IN A BATHROOM WE WERE REMODELING. KIM HARRIS WALKED US THROUGH EACH STEP, MADE INTELLIGENT SUGGESTIONS, AND FOCUSED ALL HER ATTENTION ON US FOR A COUPLE HOURS AS WE MADE OUR SELECTIONS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING FERGUSON FOR BATHROOM FIXTURES, AND SPECIFICALLY ASKING FOR KIM HARRIS AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.

I BOUGHT TWO SINKS AND A FAUCETS FROM THEM. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SALES STAFF. I NOTICED SOME SCRATCHES IN MY CAST IRON SINK FOUR MONTHS LATER. I CALLED THEM AND THEY GAVE THE TELEPHONE NUMBER OF THE MANUFACTURE. THEY SAID IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS TO CALL THEM BACK AND THEY WILL HELP ME OUT. THE MANUFACTURE WAS WILLING TO REPLACE THE SINK BUT THEY WOULD NOT COVER THE COST OF THE INSTALLATION. I SPOKE WITH SARA WHO WAS A MANGER AND SHE HAD SOMEONE COME OUT AND REPLACE THE SINK IN A WEEK AT NO COST TO ME.
