He came and picked up the TV and had it repaired within five days. He was very responsive to our phone call. He is polite, professional, and we were satisfied with his work. We have had no problems.

Joe came out and thankfully the problem occurred when he was at the house. He gave me a couple possible problems and what each option would cost. I said go ahead and try to fix it. The problem was that the solder contacts were worn and Joe soldered all the contact points with the tuner. The TV works fine again.

Europa charged $10 to examine the VCR, called with a $40 estimate for the cleaning, and said there would be no charge if cleaning did not restore the machine to optimal performance. The cleaning was successful and I was delighted.

Everything went well, left a message late Sunday, he called Monday morning and came by that evening to diagnose the TV. Expert service and knowledge. Could have only been better if part of the trip charge went into the repair charge but Joe is very up front and matter of fact with his charges. Excellent overall service.

Initial visit on time. Parts ordered took longer than quoted which delayed repair from original estimate of 4 business days to 8 business days. Repair work seems fine. Joe was very professional and wasted no time in taking care of business. He did carry the very heavy TV "guts" without help. Hurt me to watch, but I did hold the door.

The picture on the TV screen would flash in and out and we thought it might have been a faulty F-connector on the back of the TV. So we checked Angie's list and found Europa in Hilliard near our home. So we took the TV in at the end of the day and told them what we thought was wrong. We agreed to pay the $10 fee to diagnose the problem and the next day the owner called and said he thought it would be a total of $80 to repair the circuit board. We thought that was far better than buying a new TV so we agreed to the work and picked the TV up 2 working days after we dropped it off and now the TV works great! Also, the $10 fee upfront was deducted from the final bill since we agreed to have the work done.

Great, helpful on the phone, explained the problem after he found it, fixed within a reasonable time and phone call when it was done. Seemed an expensive repair but I don't know how much was labor vs parts and it was cheaper then a new TV. Will use him again if electronic repair is needed.

The antenna for the cable was broken and couldn't access cable. They did a good job, returned the TV in a timely fashion and it still works!

JOE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE CALLED BEFORE HE CAME TO THE HOUSE, CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND WAS VERY NEAT, POLITE, AND HELPFUL. HE EVEN CARRIED A PORTABLE TV FROM A BEDROOM AND CONNECTED IT FOR US, SO THAT WE WOULD HAVE A TV TO WATCH WHILE THE OTHER ONE WAS BEING REPAIRED (BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY). THIS WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, IN THESE DAYS OF ''NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.''

JOE WAS ON TIME, CALLED IN ADVANCE, SCHEDULING WAS A BREEZE, AND HE KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE TV IMMEDIATELY. HE AMAZED MY HUSBAND WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE, AND HANDLING OF OUR BUSINESS. WOULD DEFINITELY USE JOE AGAIN. HE HAD TO COME OUT TO THE HOUSE BECAUSE THE TV WAS A CONSOLE, AND WAS VERY APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE TRAVEL FEE. WE DIDN'T CARE! HE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL, AND FAIRLY PRICED, WE WILL HAVE HIM COME OUT AGAIN WHEN WE NEED REPAIR. GOOD JOB! A NEW TV, THE QUALITY OF THE ONE WE HAVE, WOULD HAVE COST US THOUSANDS, SO HIS COST WAS WELL WORTH IT!

JOSEPH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND TIMELY IN ALL MY INTERACTIONS WITH HIM. HE FIXED THE TV FOR THE PRICE HE ESTIMATED. A PROBLEM AROSE WHEN I BROUGHT IT HOME, AND IT WENT OUT AGAIN AFTER BEING ON FOR 5 MINUTES. HE APOLOGIZED, AND REGRETTED THE TIME IT WOULD TAKE ME TO BRING IT BACK TO HIM, AND PICK IT UP AGAIN. HE REPLACED THE PART, WHICH HE SAID WAS A DEFECT FROM SONY, HELD MY CHECK UNTIL IT WAS COMPLETE, AND CHARGED NOTHING EXTRA. VERY NICE! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO PEOPLE.

HE GOT THE PART NUMBER THAT HE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE AUDIO COMPONENT. THE DISTRIBUTOR DIDN'T HAVE THE PART BECAUSE THE TV IS 11 YEARS OLD. HE TOLD US THAT THIS MIGHT BE AN ISSUE IN ADVANCE. HE WAS ABLE TO HELP US WITH A SOLUTION THAT WORKED OUT FINE. I THOUGHT HIS COST WAS REASONABLE. HE WAS PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE WE WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.

JOE IS A LITTLE BIT SHORT ON THE TELEPHONE, THAT MAY PUT SOME CUSTOMERS OFF. HOWEVER, HE KNOWS TELEVISIONS! I CALLED THAT MORNING AND THEY WERE ABLE TO COME THAT DAY BY 5 PM. THEY CHARGE $40 TO COME OUT TO YOUR HOME, REGARDLESS IF THEY COMPLETE THE REPAIR OR NOT. HE WORKED FAST AND WILL WARRANTY THE WORK FOR 60 DAYS. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS OF TELEVISIONS AND OTHER ELECTRONICS. HONEST AND TO THE POINT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

IT TOOK JOE SEVERAL DAYS TO FIND THE PROBLEM BUT HE FINALLY FOUND I HAD A FAULTY REMOTE AND ORDERED A NEW ONE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK AND HIS WILLINGNESS TO FIND THE PROBLEM.
