He did some work over in my mother in law's house. It was very good. He's top notch. We were very happy with him. We recommended him to other people. He made sure that everything was as it should be.

Had issue with outside lights not working. It worked for a short time them just quit. Not a bulb issue. Back lights and lights above the garage were bulb issues. Basically I paid $147.50 for him to reset the GCIF switch in the basement. Really wish he had coached me thru this over the phone or made some kind of concession. I meant to ask him to add more outlets to the garage. I had 3 services providers at the house at the same time and I got confused and let him go too soon. I have not called him back.

Provider did not wait 30 minutes for me to see him. He waited less than 10. A fair deal would bee half of what was charged. I used T & S Electric and got the rest done with much more satisfaction. Even tipped them.

I thought the company was great. Ken McCorkle came out promptly to give me an estimate. With my Angie's List coupon, the quote he gave me was about what I'd expected from an informal conversation with another contractor earlier this year. Because of the price and the Angie's reviews, I accepted the bid, and they were able to schedule the job within the week. Tom did the actual installation; he was efficient, courteous, and tolerant of our pets. He even spent time in the attic on a freezing morning, and he cleaned up carefully after the job was done.

My experience with them was good. They came when they were assigned to come. They worked efficiently. It was an overall good experience. I would recommend them and use them again.

They are friendly and they do very good work at reasonable prices. Response time is pretty fast. We've used them for years.

I've used this company before, and they are professional. After initial call, Ken responded the next day, we set up an appointment. The worker arrived on time, gave me the estimate and started work immediately.

Two electricians arrived promptly as scheduled, were courteous and professional throughout project which took about 4.5 hours to complete. They assessed the project upon arrival and immediately got to work. The project turned out to be a bit more complicated than expected, but they stuck with it until it was right. I plan on using them for other electrical work and feel confident they will do an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, always put guards on their shoes in the house, and did excellent work.

The installers knew what to do and how to do it. They were punctual, polite, efficient, and experienced. I was pleased with their work. I have used them before.

Several areas of electricity in my house went out one evening (during a rain storm). I went to the circuit breaker and tried to fix it myself until I discovered water in between the circuits (via being shocked). So, stopped that immediately and the next morning I searched Angie's List, found this company that had a good report, yet was close to my home. The owner came out within an hour and assessed what happened, the effect of it, and recorded the parts necessary. He explained that due to these heavy rain storms, water followed the line from the electrical box outside in to my circuit box, causing outages. I was not home when he arrived, but he explained everything to me by telephone and answered all of my questions. He said he would send someone out that afternoon to repair, within a 2 hour timeframe. The repairman was there at the beginning of the 2 hour period with all the equipment and parts necessary. He was very efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable. He explained everything he was doing, why, and which parts would be best to use. He noticed I had wires hanging out of a receptacle in my family room (a project I attempted, but abandoned when I couldn't figure it out) and offered to fix it. He had the proper parts and explained how to do the repair properly. This company actually put me at ease with their knowledge and performance.

I called to have the outdoor disconnect box replaced for the air conditioner unit. Earlier my furnace contractor discovered during an inspection of the A/C that the disconnect box was not functioning properly, and recommended I contact an electrician (blades were not making contact tightly, possibly arcing and could short out the A/C). I called McCorkle Electric yesterday morning and the owner called back in the afternoon to set a time. Very pleasant guy, who joked about HVAC people causing havoc for electricians, chuckle, chuckle. A time was set for 8:00am today, and the service rep. showed up on time. It was raining in a downpour with thunder sounding in the background, so I was surprised that didn't phase him, and he proceeded to complete the task with an umbrella that I loaned. He completed the installation in about 15 minutes. The service person was very courteous and professional, and wore covers on his shoes so mud or debris wouldn't be tracked into the house. I chose this company based on the positive reports in Angie's List and also because the company is located in same general area where I live. I may likely use this company again for a growing list of small electrical things that need to be taken care of (like exhaust fans not working and ceiling fan lamp fixtures with only a few bulbs working) but I plan to make use of the full hour that the company needs to charge for, so I will wait until that list is more substantial. (Final note: I originally called for an estimate but actually didn't ask for the quote while talking to the owner. I just assumed that there would be a minimal charge similar to plumbers and other service calls, so the final amount of the bill wasn't surprising and I thought it was fair, accounting for labor, materials, and travel charge).

The electric in the entire house kept going off for no reason. I called Ken and he came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and e-mailed me an estimate the same day also. His technician came out the very next day and replaced the defective breaker in about a 1/2 hour. The price was exactly what it said on the estimate, and our electricity has not gone out since. They were both SUPER nice guys with better than excellent service. A++ rating from me!

It was fantastic. The technician did a great job as well as taking the time to give all kinds of advice regarding my basement finishing job. Ken was the consummate professional. He was courteous, punctual and made my wife and I feel at ease. We'd have them both back in our home anytime!

Im happy with all the work Electric Pros performed. They arrived punctually, diagnosed the electrical issue and completed my request. Their estimates are accurate. I call them back whenever I need a new round of jobs done.

I called to schedule an appointment and describe what I needed to have done. Ken agreed to come out two days later. His people arrived on time and replaced the fixtures and the recessed light. I also had them look at a hanging light over the kitchen table. I had replaced the fixture myself and when I finished, the globe would not fit. They fixed my problem. I was very happy with the service and will call again when I need electrical service.

The staff was very personable and easy to work with. They were able to come out the same day and give an estimate for the project and completed the project while the hot water heater was being installed the next day. Great Service!

I had two stone, concrete post lights on each side of my driveway. One post was destroyed by a car accident. The impact destroyed the post itself and created a short in the timer box and circuit breaker switch in my basement. McCorkle Electric came out to give an estimate for replacement of the light and any rewiring required. Ken McCorkle was very professional, personable and thorough in his observations and suggested several ways to complete the project. He asked for my input. He said he would work up the numbers and e-mail it back to me. He had the figures back to me before the end of the day, which really impressed me with the promptness. By the time he was able to do the work due to weather I had changed my mind and had the remaining post removed and had him put a yard pole light in. His crew were prompt, diligent and worked until the projects were completed. They cleaned up everything when the work was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Mike Herman arrived promptly and worked efficiently. He was knowledgeable about the lamp head I had purchased and quickly installed it. He was very pleasant. I wish I had planned to use my hour more effectively, as the $97.50 is the labor cost for the first hour.

I called them on extremely short notice because I realized my regular electrician was on vacation. They came out within an hour and did the work. They sent out a very happy guy. They got myself out of trouble.

They came on time and were able to fix most of the problem quickly. However, they almost left before I discovered that there still was a small problem further down the line. They fixed that too.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. KEN WAS ABLE TO COME OUT ON THE SAME DAY AND FIX A SHORT WE HAD IN OUR LIVING ROOM. HE EVEN CAME OUT ON HIS TIME, AFTER HOURS. HE WAS RUNNING A LITTLE LATE, BUT HE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW. KEN WAS POLITE, AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

This company was able to send an electrician to our home within our time frame (just a couple day's notice). Josh, the electrician who arrived to complete the work, was prompt, very courteous, and tidy. Very professional interactions with this company on the phone and in person. We will certainly use them again when the need arises.

THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY CORDIAL AND HELPFUL. I NEEDED SOMEONE QUICKLY, AND HE WAS ABLE TO ADD ME TO THE SCHEDULE THE FOLLOWING DAY. THEY ARRIVED EARLY AND WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
