We are very happy with the product and the result. They were professional and left the house as clean as when they arrived. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend them to my friends. The original work was completed in Oct 2014, but just a week ago our dog decided to chew up some of the carpet. I called Jim and he had an installer out to me in a few days. They completed the repair quickly and at a reasonable price. It's as if it never happened.

They did a great job. They did a super fine job. I bought the flooring, so I paid for the labor which was $450. There were two people here for 1.5 days. I would tell others that they are a good company and to use them.

They were really helpful. We had a problem, and they went out of their way to fix the problem. Overall, the job went pretty well. The installation of the new carpet and flooring went very well. There was miscommunication between the owner and the installers about saving the carpeting for basement installation. They did not save all the carpeting. Some guy threw some of it out. When they came to install, there was no enough carpeting to finish it up. The owner went out of his way to find matching carpet and installed that to finish it up. It was a lot of work because that carpet was no longer manufactured and he had to search all around the country to find a match. He went out of his way to do all this, and he did it all for free. We had to wait for some time but that was okay. They made some mistakes, but they corrected them all. I rate them high overall. I would definitely use them again.
