Greg showed up on time, found the problem with my clock in no time. It is running fine. I had also asked for it to be cleaned when I emailed them, Greg told me it doesn't need cleaning yet, I really appreciate that.

Davis Clock diid a very good job cleaning and replaced missing numbers. I am very pleased with the work that was performed.

All went well. it sounds wonderful now.

After calling Davis Clock Co.I set an apointed time for him to come to our home to care for our hall clock. It had quit keeping good time. He showed up promptly and was familiar with this type of clock. He went directly to work, inspecting the clock thoroughly, removing the face and gaining access to the inner works. He cleaned, lubrucated it and assured me had no need for bushings or other repair.
He then put it all back together and moved the clock back into its positiion. He seemed very thorough and chared what he had estimated before he began.

He does all kinds of clocks. He usually comes every two years, but if you have a problem you just call him and he will make arrangements to stop by. He makes his rounds because there is not a lot of people who can work on a grandfather clock. He takes the whole clock apart, he takes the whole face out of it and checks all the springs and cleans it well, checks the pendulum and he fixes it all back together. He is great. He sends out a postcard and then you call him and then he calls you back with the date and the time. He is here within 15 or 20 minutes, but if somebody talks with him or he is running behind he will call you and he will say exactly how late he will be and he is here exactly when he says he will be.

He did a great job and the clock is running beautifully now. I would highly reocmmend him.

Came on time and did his work-in and out! They are very nice people to work with.

Someone from the Davis Clock Company picked up our cuckoo clock and took it back to their shop to repair it. They replaced the mechanism in the clock and returned it to our house. The repair was a little slow (2 months) because they had to order a part. However, now the clock works perfectly! We appreciated that they did all the transportation of the clock and we didn't have to drive it out there.

Greg answered my call the same day and set an appointment for the following week, he was on time. Gregg certainly is a very knowledgeable and professional man. He said they sent out reminder cards when its time for the clock to be checked again. He's also very reasonable compared to the last company that I had used.

DAVIS CLOCK HAS BEEN TAKING CARE OF OUR CLOCK FOR NEARLY 8 YEARS NOW. THEY EVEN STORED IT FOR US FOR OVER A YEAR WHILE OUR NEW HOME WAS BEING COMPLETED. MR. DAVIS IS ALWAYS VERY EASY TO SCHEDULE, ALWAYS ON TIME, AND ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

DID SOME MAINTENANCE AND SMALL REPAIR ON THE GRANDFATHER CLOCK. EXCELLENT SERVICE. THIS SERVICE PROVIDER REALLY ENJOYS HIS WORK, HAS 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE, AND IS AN AVID CLOCK COLLECTOR. VERY PERSONABLE.
