MR. DALGARN WAS VERY QUICK TO CALL US BACK, AND PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS ABLE TO START THE WORK BY THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THE EDGING AND MULCHING LOOKS GREAT. HE COVERED A LOT OF THE FLOWERS WITH THE MULCH, HOWEVER, SO WE HAD TO GO BACK AND FIND THEM. HE MADE A COMMENT TO US THAT HE WISHED WE WOULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL HE HAD MULCHED TO PLANT THEM. WE DIDN'T FEEL THAT COMMENT WAS NECESSARY. THE TREE HE PICKED FOR US DIDN'T HAVE THE BEST SHAPE, BUT OVERALL IT WILL BE FINE. FOR THE QUICK SERVICE AND REASONABLE PRICE, WE WERE REALLY HAPPY, OVERALL.

JON WAS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB -- BETTER THAN I EXPECTED (AND I'M HARD TO PLEASE). HIS PRICE WAS SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER THAN ESTIMATES I GOT FROM LARGER COMPANIES.
