HUMIDIFIER WAS SERVICED IN SEPTEMBER. WHEN WE TRIED TO USE IT IN LATE OCTOBER, IT DID NOT WORK. I CALLED CRAWFORD TO REPORT THIS, THEY INSISTED ON CHARGING ANOTHER $65 SERVICE CALL SINCE IT WAS PAST 30 DAYS. I FELT THEY SHOULD HAVE GUARANTEED THE WORK
