Tim Rose is great. He helped me out with a difficult stump removal and then I hired him again to do a tree and stump removal. He did exactly what was agreed, his prices are reasonable, and he’s prompt and courteous.

Had a challenging job with a partial tree stump after another company bailed on me and refused to complete grinding since a metal chain link fence post was buried in the perimeter of the stump. Spoke with Tim Rose who stopped by the next day and reassured me he could handle it. He was very professional and did exactly what we agreed on. He used a large grinding machine and a chain saw to carefully remove the stump around the post just below grade, then cut it off with an angle grinder. Perfect. I highly recommend.

They were probably one of the best, most efficient and professional contractors we have ever used. It was a pleasure watching them as a couple of the trees were over 30' tall and between 2 houses and it went very smooth. They cleaned everything up and we, and our neighbors, were very pleased.

They laid sheets of plywood down on my grass wherever one of their trucks when so they would not damage my lawn. I measured the stump diameter and  then called Central Ohio Tree and Stump Removal.  I left a message explaining the type of tree the stump was from and the service I would like to have performed.  I was concerned after hearing how some companies only shave the stump down a few inches below the yard surface.   Within a few hours Tim Rose called me back and explained that they could perform the work as I requested.  The next day Tim's son arrived at my house as scheduled and grinded the stump with a very large grinder.  The grinder easliy ground the stump and surrounding roots down below my requested depth.    The company will quote you a price to clean up the shavings or you can advise them you will clean up the shavings,   I choose to clean them up myself,  Cleaning up is time consuming and the shavings are heavy when placed in a container or yard bag so don't get upset with the company if you choose to do your own cleanup.   My experience with the Rose family was excellent and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs to remove a stump.  
From intial contact until job completion Central Ohio Tree and Stump Removal perfomed the job to my expectations!!!

Removal of 50+ Dead ash trees
Ongoing project. We have 37 acres with hundreds of dead ash trees (ash borer really hit our property hard - do not move firewood people!) Tim and crew worked about a full week on just beginning the cleanup this past fall. Some were full service complete removal and some just cut down and stump and I had a church group do the cleanup in exchange for the firewood (which took all winter) Tree sizes ranged from 6inch to absolutely massive. They had all the right equipment and removed the truly huge tree trunks that were way too big to make firewood.  This has to be one of the bigger jobs for them and was a great job and I think a great value. Other quotes were over $25,000.00 will probably hire them for another week this late summer dry season to continue the job which may take years to complete overall.

I was very happy with his work.  He did the work within the time range he quoted.  The clean up was amazing. The price was fair.  I would highly recommend them.
