I submitted a web inquiry and said email was the best way to reach me. Instead they called and left a message saying my address would likely be able to receive service, but they did not answer my other questions, such as the monthly rate. I never got around to calling them back, and about a week later I got an email from Erik asking if I was still interested in the service. We were able to email each other rather quickly and I did get all my questions answered. Reasonable rate, though their guaranteed speed is very low (500k down). I was still considering it, since they are locally run with actual people who run the place to talk to instead of a customer service rep, but then Erik told me that "This is primarily a line of site technology. So if we are challenged with trees and signs, we may not be able to obtain adequate signal to service your account." Given that we would have to install a dish and new wiring, and it may not work afterwords, I decided against it.
Description of Work: Celerity offers wireless broadband to your home through a small dish. I thought it would be a great option since cable internet is so slow near my house, plus supporting a local business is much more appealing. I got in touch with them to get an estimate.
