They were beautiful apartments and back then they were brand new. You had your own washer and dryer in your unit along with your regular appliances. Now you did have to pay a small part on the water, but it was minimal and I really liked that. They had a pool there and most of the time it was fine, but certain nights it was full and they had pool parties there. They also had a sand volleyball court which was very nice. It was a bit of a discrepancy when we moved out because I was buying a condo from a friend and we had signed a lease and moved before it ended. They sent it to a collection company but I went back to the apartment and could tell that someone else was living there. When the collection guy called the second time I told him that the apartment had been rented so by law we're not on the line for the legality of us moving out before the lease was up and they dropped it.
