Budget Blinds of Hilliard & Grove City

I recently bought a newly renovated house but they did not have any window treatments. I contacted budget blinds and the Hilliard team has my zip code (though I am not in Hilliard-- don't worry if you contact the wrong budget blinds group they will direct you to the correct one- it is based on which zip code they cover). They sent Andy over to talk to me about window covering options and Andy was amazing. I had my heart set on Lutron Serena shades but they did not have that option available so he talked me through different motorized blind options. He gave me quotes on two different kinds but I really really wanted the Lutron shades. So the more we chatted about it (he gave me his cell number and email so I could ask any questions I wanted as I tried to make my decision) he went out of his way to find out if they could make an account with Lutron so I could have them. Then he gave me a quote for them (they are definitely the most expensive ones I looked at - but I knew that going in to the process and no one tried to convince me to go with these more expensive blinds- and I think that the quotes on the other blind choices were really quite reasonable and competitive) and worked with this group to get an account with Lutron and kept me updated on when the shades were going to arrive. He even sent me the tracking info so I could keep tabs on it! As soon as they arrived they called and scheduled installation and the crew he had with him were amazing. Everyone wore masks and removed their shoes while in the house without even my asking them to do so. They were efficient and very kind and I was incredibly impressed. Andy finished up the blinds and the walked me through the motorization and the automation process and walked around each window and made any adjustment on them that I asked. He never seemed rushed and I really couldn't be happier with the end result. There was one valance that was cut too short so they are going to return to put the new one on when it arrives. He even motorized an extra shade for me at no cost because Lutron didn't have a non motorized option for that size. I have had several different contractors in the house for different things that needed to be done and I have to say my experience with budget blinds has been one of the best (I plan to write the reviews of all my experiences as they work is finished). If you are curious about blinds- these are the people to call- We love our shades and they are working like a dream so far!

Budget blinds provided the lowest of three quotes for blinds and installation. The measuring appointment and the subsequent installation appointment went well, beginning right on time. The work was done efficiently and the blinds look great. Room-darkening blinds were installed in two bedrooms, and regular blinds in the family room. I will definitely use Budget Blinds in the future.

Budget Blinds of Hilliard takes customer service, and professionalism to a new level. Adam and his team installed window treatments in our new home last year and we couldn't be happier. From the first appointment, to the final installation, the experience was professional and seamless. We recently contracted with Adam again to install a solar shade on our screen porch. Very Professional, arrived for install right on time and blinds look great. The owner is awesome. You will be happy and I don't think you will find a better price. Budget Blinds was able to beat Lowes' price and in addition provide a higher quality product, 5 year warranty, and installation.

I can't say enough good things about our salesman Brad and the owner Adam. Brad was patient, kind and a perfect salesman. He was willing to work within our budget to make sure we received a quality product that we were happy with. I also loved the fact that Brad was also the installer. I would highly recommend this team to everyone. Also, the quality of the product is fantastic and I love the lifetime guarantee.

It was a good experience. They were punctual, polite. No problem with the experience. The cost was higher than I expected. I would use them again, unless I find someone cheaper.

I guess I was surprised they couldn't bring all of the product in one trip. They started and then had to leave to get the rest. It was still done fine, I guess I would have thought the size of the materiel wasn't that large and they could have done that in one trip.

Very well. Brad came out to measure and give me the surprisingly low price (20% discount for Angie's List homeowners). When the blinds came in (later than estimated), he came back and installed them. Simple as that. Brad is friendly, professional, efficient, and neat.

The blinds were custom made and ready as promised.  The installation was scheduled a few days later and took less than two hours.  The installer was very polite and cleaned up after himself.  He even took the old blinds.

We called Budget Blinds of ,Hilliard for an in home estimate to have 6 indoor shutters installed, Adam Russo came out and showedus samples, we chose the white ones and ordered them as they have to be custom made, Adam was knowledgable of his products and services and told us he would be the installer also, so his measurements had to be accurate.The shutters arrived in a few weeks, Adam called to set up a time to install them, he came on time with a helper, they were very goodand quickly installed the shutters in about 2 hours, cleaned up all material, showed us the installed shutters and went over the use and care of them. We are very pleased with the look and quality and service from Adam.
