Aurora Industries

-Pat at Aurora was wonderful to work with during this HUGE job. It lasted approximately 8 months and included all demolition, mechanicals, masonry work, drywall, carpentry, painting (interior and exterior), and more. He is responsive, upfront about costs and works with skilled professional subs.  The subs were expensive, but they did excellent work. There were absolutely set backs and frustrations during this long tedious process, but Pat did everything to assist in making it as smooth as possible for me.
-It took longer than expected and cost more than approximated (par for the course), but much of that was unforeseeable and really could not have been anticipated or avoided. We did not cut corners, we used excellent materials and fixed everything per code standards and made sure everything was up to Pat's high standards. 
-My house turned out beautifully. The work was done to perfection. I would choose Pat again if I ever renovate again. Aurora Industries is not cheap, but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for.

We were connected to Pat Livingston by our architects, Urban Order. We got bids from three contractors. We chose Aurora because of the bid and our belief that Pat would do high quality work at a reasonable price. We had an excellent experience. Work was completed on time and within budget. Pat worked with us to keep costs down and allowed us to do some tasks on our own for cost savings. Quality of finish carpentry (Vince was the trim subcontractor) was outstanding. We would definitely hire Pat Livingston/ Aurora Industries again if we undertake another big project.

My experience was fantastic. Building the addition was excellent choice. Our family and pets were able to stay in our home while they took care of work. Their price was reasonable price and quality can't be beat. We have a home and garden tour every year and our home was on the tour and every one raved about it. They also added a master bath and bedroom, and added another half bathroom, and family room. They added a shower in our other half bathroom in the basement and renovated the whole kitchen.
