They were very nice and always here on time.  The price was lower than most of the others I checked.  As time went on, I had a few issues with their cleanings but told them and they were fixed...  for awhile, then the issues would crop up again.  They did do some things that I loved, like change sheets but sometimes I felt like the cleans were cursory and they could have done more.
I'm sure I could have done a better job of letting them know what I expected but decided to just stop using them (or anyone).  I might try them again if I decide to use a cleaning service but would make sure I was explaining exactly what I wanted done.

It would always take Kevin several days to return my calls. We just wanted a regular weekly day and time. I would offer a day/time, and he would not call back until several days later - sometimes, the day/time he confirmed wasn't even something I offered. The ladies often came 1-3 hours before or after the quoted time making it very inconvenient for us (we did not trust to give them a key until we got to know them well, so someone had to be there to let them in at first). The ladies, who Kevin told us were his best team, were often not very friendly, refused to clean parts of the house that were part of "the deal," failed repeatedly to dust accessories and decorations, didn't clean off mirrors, would skip rooms, didn't always empty the trash, etc.

AFTER THEY LEFT OUR HOME, THE ENTIRE HOUSE SMELLED LIKE SMOKE, A FIGURINE WAS BROKEN AND THERE WAS A GOUGE IN OUR NEW CHERRY CABINETS IN OUR MASTER BATH. I WAS TOLD THE HARDWOOD FLOORS WOULD BE CLEANED WITH A SOLUTION, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! IN FACT, I FOUND A CLUMP OF HAIR AND DIRT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY FOYER. DEFINITELY NOT MY IDEA OF GOOD SERVICE. AFTER I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER, HE DID NOT EVEN OFFER ANY REIMBURSEMENT OF ANY KIND, HE EVEN SAID THE EMPLOYEES SAID THE GOUGE WAS ALREADY THERE! THIS IS A BRAND NEW HOME, THERE WERE NO GOUGES OR BLEMISHES UNTIL THEY LEFT.
