ALL-CLEAR HOME INSPECTION

Great - Randy was very thorough.

Very well. He talked me through all his findings, answered my questions and emailed me a report with findings, photos and recommendations.

Their report wasn't descriptive enough in parts. For example, they said some windows were broken but didn't say which ones.

We were in a unique scenario where we had to have our appraisal completed within 10 days after our offer was accepted. We wanted to get a home inspection done first prior to paying for the inspection. Randy (the owner) was able to work us in very quickly. He met us at the house, and was there early! When we met he walked us through his process and encouraged us to ask as many questions as possible and point out anything that we saw. We walked around the house twice, and then went over every square inch of the house. He made sure to open every window, and to turn on ever appliance/ faucet and let it run for at least ten minutes. He gave great insight on what was a big deal and what was minor. He took the time to walk us through how everything worked and how he was testing it. Definitely learned a lot about the house and how everything works (which I really appreciated as a first time home buyer). I would definitely recommend using Randy to a friend in the future.
