+ -1 moreWE HAD AN INTERESTING EXPERIENCE. WE FIRST ORDERED THE WINDOW GRILL IN JULY, AND PAID FOR IT. FOR SOME REASON THE ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH, SO 84 LUMBER APOLOGIZED AND ORDERED ANOTHER GRILL FOR US. THE SECOND GRILL CAME IN AND WE WERE TO PICK IT UP, BUT AN ACCIDENT IN 84'S WAREHOUSE SMASHED THE GRILL! SO 84 ORDERED THE GRILL FOR US A THIRD TIME, AND REFUNDED OUR MONEY IN FULL FOR ALL THE TROUBLE, EVEN THOUGH WE WERE OK WITH ALL THE SNAFUS AND HAD NOT ASKED THEM TO DO SO. WE THOUGHT THAT WAS GREAT OF THEM, AND WE FINALLY GOT OUR GRILL IN PERFECT CONDITION - FOR NOTHING! GREAT SERVICE FROM 84 LUMBER.
Description of Work: WE ORDERED A NEW SNAP-IN GRILL (MULLIONS) FOR OUR ANDERSON PATIO DOOR.
