Nathan charged me $500 for a showered that was broken. He came out twice and told me he had to order additional parts from Italy. When I had another plumber come for a second opinion he told me Nathan ordered the The entire job shouldn't have been more than $120. I've reached out to Nathan 4 times in attempt to find out what he did with my original showered, which I want reinstalled, and he has ignored my messages and not responded. I would hate for anyone to deal with why I've had to deal with regarding this unprofessional team. Swear clear of Nathan's plumbing. They will rip you off and not return your calls or messages leaving you high and fry. I essentially paid $500 for nothing but a headache.

Call back was quick. Came earlier than said (great). In and out in about 90 minutes. Friendly, cleaned up when finished. Would use again. Price was excellent.

They were fantastic- explained everything to me and went above and beyond (even installed a toilet seat I was going to install myself). They were professional and did the work well and on the day they said they would. Thank you!
