I requested an estimate on a portion of my roof - maybe 50% of the entire house. They showed up with a short ladder and told me they could not reach my roof to inspect it without a larger ladder. I was told he would be back in a couple of days or so. They never came back and never contacted me. I've since read other reviews about the "short ladder". If you don't want the job then at least care enough to tell me so, rather than making me wait around for another visit that you have no intention of making.

Very pleased with work done. It was easy to get in touch with Scott himself, not just the "office". Professional, polite workers who listened to what we asked and answered our questions and did everything we asked of them with a "no problem, happy to do it". They were on time, called if delayed and worked very hard the whole time they were here! Great job! Their prices were fair and in-line with other quotes we got. Give them an A+.

Excellent. We have had no complaints. They are prompt. Efficient. The staff are polite and respectful. They are fair with their pricing.

Not well. Roofing was completed. I paid two installments. They then filed bankruptcy. I lost $3,000 and the warranty on my new roof. The siding was not installed. I see their back in business again.

Very well. Scott goes the extra mile to figure out the details of how to get the job done the best way. He will tackle small or large jobs and has the knowledge to do so.

I’d give them an A+ if I could. Family business. Called me back and immediately and came out to look at the problem. Did not suggest more work than needed to be done. Came back to perform and complete the work 2 weeks later—problems resolved! Difficult to find a more reliable, fair, dependable roofer in my humble opinion!

What an amazing company. We initially had planned on only siding and flooring.When it was discovered the roof of the garage and gutters were clearly in need of replacement the work was added the same day. They were prompt in arrival,cleaned up to perfection and professional.

When I experienced windstorm damage, I knew who to call. McNulty does great work in my neighborhood and I was always impressed with their work. Scott came out quickly and provided an initial estimate. After my insurance company surveyed the damage, Scott came back out to revise his estimate (aluminum siding repair instead of replacement with vinyl). Unfortunately I never received the updated estimate. I contacted his office four times over the next three weeks, and each time they told me it would be available soon, but I never received the quote. I was very disappointed because I really wanted McNulty to do the work, and I had not called any other contractors, which delayed my repairs by almost a month. I was forced to abandon McNulty and seek other contractors for this work.

It has been two weeks. I have called them again and left a message later that day and I have never heard anything back. I got the feeling she couldn't be bothered with a smaller job.

I would recommend McNaulty Roofing to anyone in need of roofing repairs.

No work was done with him but he responded quickly, answered questions, he quoted a great price compared to what I paid for the job with another company.

We had a few problems at the beginning, but he rectified everything. I was very satisfied with his service. He even did remarkably well considering it was a tough time for his business in November.

They were able to complete the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. My only complaint is that the gutters are vinyl and the downspouts are small and they clog frequently. The roof is beautiful and I like the fact there is a warranty on both labor and materials for 10 years.

It went OK. It was a big deal purchase. They came out in a timely manner from when I bought it.

The gutters in my home were old and leaky, so after discussing the alternatives with Mr. McNulty I decided to replace all of them. The job was scheduled for the following week, and was supposed to take two days. The exact day would depend on the weather, since we would have to stay overnight with no gutters. However, they were able to do it all in one day on the scheduled week, which was good because we had some strong rain right after that. The new gutters passed the test with honors, and they look nice also.

McNulty is a pretty good company, punctual, good prices, gets stuff done quickly. But on this job they failed to match the color of the replacement windows with windows we had replaced by another window company a few years earlier. The windows we had replaced by the other company have a dark brown exterior color and McNulty used a lighter brown. So now half of our windows are dark brown and half are light brown. McNulty has offered to remedy the problem but has failed to do anything about it and has not communicated with us in several weeks. The last time we spoke to McNulty about the issue it was because we called them.

It did not go very well. It took them over 6 weeks to get to me when they said they would get to me right away. It took at least 6 weeks to call me and even longer to do the job. They did not discount the price, after they had lost my service order and I waited a really long time for them to perform the work.

They were honest and efficient.

All roofers are very busy in the fall, so I was happy to get on their list for both a quote and the work. Owner quoted the work and gave me a date to call him just in case he hadn't made it out by then. They did a good job.

Poor estimate without details of the job. Delay in sending official price quote. Constant changing of meeting date and time.

They did a great job. Excellent company, very reliable and cleaned up well. I am using them again for another job.
