Dana was professional and honest about cost and time involved, but still beat our other estimates on price and time to installation. We are very pleased with his work, friendliness and communication.

Dana Lawson came out as scheduled, measured, kept me posted on progress of glass procurement and then installed the replacement glass in my french door and two windows. He was able to match the glass with interior mullions to my discontinued Malta door and windows. Couldn't be happier! Very professional, exceptional work, and I thought the price was fair and would definitely have him do more work in the future if needed.

Went very well from beginning to end. Dana came out and measured, ordered the window and came back a week later to install it. Looks Great!! I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him in the future.

Arrived at the agreed upon hour and date, provided a written estimate, followed up when the rplacement window was ready to be installed, arrived promptly at the date and time agreed upon, installed the window.

Dana was very responsive and came to fix my window very soon after I called.  He worked fast and cleaned up.  It was an old windows frame and he fixed the glass quickly.  I would definitely call him again for glass repair.

First Class Glass removed the damaged window glass without any damage to the surrounding frame.  A minimal amount of touch up is needed to exterior paint which will take about five minutes.  Dana told us how the project would proceed.  When he had the replacement glass in his shop he scheduled the work for a Saturday.  He arrived as scheduled.  Overall, the work took a couple of hours.  Also, he did a nice job of cleaning up afterward and washed the window inside and out.  He was friendly and professional.

I highly recommend Dana at First Class Glass Services.  I have older Peachtree Windows that are no longer manufactured. After I was frustrated by the run-around from a few other contractors, Dana was able to diagnose the problem correctly, track down the elusive (correct) parts and install them in a professional and timely manner. He was very prompt in scheduling my first service visit and also prompt in doing the repair once the parts were in.

We called a couple numbers from this website and Dana was the first to respond. He worked around our schedule and gave us a free quote on the spot. He contacted us as soon as the glass came in and again worked around our schedule to do the install. The install went fast and he cleaned up everything before he left. He was professional and I would use him again for any glass repair.

I called Dana based off an Angies list review. We set an appointmwnt time for him to provide an estimate to repair our broken windows in Newark Ohio. He was prompt and curtious and provided a very fair estimate. He ordered the necessary parts and was able to complete the repairs in a very timely manner. He was also accommodating with us needing to reschedule his repairs due to refinishing floors in our house. He kept us updated and did a god job with the repairs. We would highly recommend him.

job upon coming to replace  broken glass in my basement window he informed that the window frame was to rotted out to replace only the glass. i would have to replace the basement window. he clearly explained and showed me why i needed to replace the window. with that i chose to replace both basement windows.the job was completed with in a couple of weeks of signing the contract. both windows were installed in about 2.5hrs. he was very professional and cleaned his work area when done. the windows have greatly helped my basement . i was very pleased with the price and his service
