Great! Courage was very knowledgeable, he did a thorough job. He answered all questions I had. Very nice, easy to talk to. Explained everything in detail. Exceptional! Will definitely recommend to others, and use again if needed.

Great! Also, I just received his report (within 6 hrs of work being completed) and the report is very detailed and easy to understand and the pictures really showed the issues needing addressed.

I have had at least 2 inspections of my house performed from contractors. Beware: Don't have your house inspected by someone wanting to sell you a service. They will try to convince you of a problem or service you may not need, just to get to that next step of emptying your wallet. I received a complete, objective, and professional home evaluation. I was surprised with some of the findings, but they made sense to me. Instead of a major roof repair, which was advised to me from a contractor a few months ago, I was advised that my roof was fine, (in fact, very good), all I needed was to keep my gutters and valleys cleaned more often. Good Job.

If you need a roof inspection, this is the company to hire. Courage was on time for our appointment and did a thorough inspection of my roof. After the inspection, Courage took the time to explain the deficiencies he found. He also answered lots of questions. Later that evening he sent me a written report with pictures and descriptions.
