The  driver was very friendly and professional. He explained how to open container and asked if we had any questions. Tracie was the one I ordered the container from and after speaking with her for a few minutes I decided to change me trash hauler from Big O to Waste Away. They beat Big O's price by $30.00 a quarter. I am very please with their service so far and our trash service will start on 1 May 2014.  A big thank you to Tracie and her folks at Waste Away.

Spoke to Theresa and she did a fantastic job. She said they only have 2 containers so I had to be put on a short waiting list and it was delivered as ordered and placed where I wanted it. It was $150 for the container and $50 for the delivery. I checked around and they were the cheapest around and do not have a tonnage limit. You only get to keep it 5 days though but it was plenty for me as I really only needed it for 1 day.
One thing I would ask Waste Away Systems to do is standardize their hours. I work 7a-3:30p and then an hour drive home. Setting this up due to their odd hours was a bit of a challenge and there was some and quot;phone tag.and quot;
They arent my curb trash company but if I ever need another roll off container, I will use them again.

The service was prompt, hassle free, and VERY competitively priced. Seth answered all questions, made suggestions, worked around my schedule, and billed promptly. I liked the service so well that I switched to Waste Away for my weekly trash pickup to boot. I'm saving money there as well. I'm glad to have Waste Away servicing our area (Licking County, Ohio) and happy to do business with a local firm. Going out of my way to tell my friends of this experience.
