They don't fix things completely and they leave dark spots on your car. They even broke my grill which they refuse to acknowledge. They were very rude to me on the phone. However, the front desk guy was professional and friendly.

I am very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of these auto mechanics. Tuffy had said my older vehicle needed a whole list of repairs. I took the car to Straight Line and they found one necessary repair and it cost a minimal amount

They were recommended to me by my son. They are trustworthy. They don’t try to pump up the prices on anything. They are quick to get me in. The people there are cordial. Their service feels very personalized - they either have a really good computer system or a great memory. I am always impressed that even when it has been 6 months or so, they remember when I was there, what car I had brought in, and what was done.
