ROY KIRKPATRICK PAINTING

He has cost me at least $30,000.  If you can get his brother on a job,,,,he is honest, fair and can really paint....hire him, but his brother is a crook.  I learned that if any contractor needs a deposit for supplies...purchase them for them...also...make sure they dont steal your paint and dont leave your tools around.

I liked that they were flexible, efficient, and personable.  They had a good personality.  I don't think that there were any dislikes.  They did a couple touch ups.  They owe me a couple spots of work.  They are good priced, and reliable.

    Horrible....he is a liar and a cheat and a con man...do not believe him.  Roy will low-ball a bid, take your deposit and never show for work.  He will do just enough to make you think he is ok....giving about every excuse one can imagine....do not use this person.Kirkpatrick Painting, Roy or Chuck or Charles, All Home Painting - they may by all of these names.They also lie about their location.  102 Liberty St, Columbus, OH 43215 is not a valid address...he bluntly told me that he uses that address to make people think they have a real office.  I think this is actually a warehouse they used to rent.   He also does business in Florida and Tennessee....

As of this writing...he has not given me my deposit back and had refused to give me information so I can do a 1099 for him.  Obviously scamming more than his clients.  I have given him until Friday to re=pay the deposit...if he pays it I will update this review to reflect that.
