Pro Clean Carpet & Tile Cleaning Systems

I don't think this company is still is business. If they are, there is apparently a problem. The approximate cost of service is what I am estimating I would have paid.

We've used Eric for several years now and have had nothing but the best experience. He is very punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Does a terrific job. We have moved into a new home, so he made two trips - one trip to clean the great room, basement and master bedroom, then came back to get the rest. That's when we learned he can clean garage floors, too. Awesome!

I used this company a few years ago and liked them so I wanted to use them again. It took over a week to get a hold of someone to make an appointment. I sent an email via the website and never heard back. So I emailed again and they said they had never received my original email and that I needed to call the office. I tried probably 10 times over a few days and I always got voicemail, never a live person. I left a voicemail and never got a return call. Two days later I tried one last time and finally got a hold of someone.
Prior to the appointment I asked if they would move furniture and was told that they did move furniture and all we needed to do was pick up things that were laying around on the ground. Unfortunately the technicians did not move anything. The couches and end tables were not moved, only the coffee table. Even small things like a diaper genie (weighs a few pounds), were not moved. The one thing that was moved was our dining room chairs which were then left in the kitchen by the technicians instead of moved back. Overall I just wasn't very impressed this time around.

Eric got back with me the very morning after I had called. Called before he came, and was on time.Did an excellent job cleaning our carpet which had pet stains.He was very professional and knowledgeable.
