We went into the Lancaster location on a Sunday to look around. The two men working were very friendly and helpful, and we ended up buying a couch and love seat that afternoon. They arranged for delivery the next day after work to accommodate our schedule. After the pieces were delivered and the two delivery men left we found that the the recliner function on one of the ends of the couch was broken and had to be replaced. We called the store and they had someone at our house the next night after work to take a look. He was able to replace only that part of the couch instead of having to remove the whole couch and deliver a new one. Overall, they were very responsive and took care of the problem. We have now had the couch and love seat for a few months and are happy with the quality.
