 + -1 moreDuring the course of the past year, he has fielded calls from us, providing help on changing batteries and helping 'reset' the system following the storm-related power outage. The owner is actually very good about returning calls, despite his rather unsettling voicemail message which says that he isn't!! I would recommend this company as a great alternative to the much more expensive 'national' brands.
Description of Work: Evaluated our home security system, and recommended no changes to current configuration, even though he could have easily sold us more hardware. Switched us to a new 'switchboard' provider.
