Don't let them fool you with family run small town business. They are just like many other contractors and will fleece you if they think they can. Plus workmanship was very poor as install had a potential to do major damage to home as it was not done properly.

Took him a total of less than 30 minutes. They charge a diagnostic/service call fee of $89.00. That is high / the only reason I might not use them again.

Fantastic. We had just bought a home built in 1924 and needed a lot of love. Kellermeirer was here for such a long time that they became family. The whole crew is very professional and caring. Everyone went above and beyond.

Had to have them come back and fix a leaky part.  It appeared that it had been over tightened and broke under the pressure.  Other than that everything was great!

Our condo was built in 1979 and had the original electric furnace and heat pump. It also had an electric water heater. I wanted to convert to natural gas. I received quotes from 4 different companies and was impressed with all of them but Kellermeier was the lowest and also the one that I was most impressed with. Will Kellermeier was great to work with even through many changes as I revised my requirements. 
 I wanted the contractor to handle all of the communications with the gas company which they did. Our water heater was located on the end with the kitchen, which caused a long wait for hot water. The new gas water heater is at the opposite end of the condo which is directly under the bathrooms. Kellermeier made the necessary changes to the plumbing and vented the heater to the outside. The installer - Rick - was at our condo promptly every morning, was very courteous and friendly, and did an excellent job on the installation!! 
They installed a Trane XV95 gas furnace, a trane XL16i air conditioner, a Trane "clean effects" air filter, and a Bradford White 50 gallon water heater. 
We were very pleased with the Kellermeier crew and would highly recommend them.

We ended up not quite ready at the time for the expense of heating conversion.   They did provide us with rough cost estimates for each heat type and provided the pros and cons additionally.  They were clearly experienced in everything from electric to gas to thermal heating options.
We had used Kellermeier several times in the past years ago at our previous home and never had a problem.  The plumbing work then ended up being more difficult than we both had expected but they stuck it out and got the job completed with no additional costs.  Even though we have since moved into a new, already built home, Kellermeier Plumbing would be the first we will call when that time comes.  They are a family owned business with honest and hardworking ties with the local communities.  If you want the job done correctly with not having a contractor simply walk away when the going gets tough, you can depend on Kellermeier.

Ryan arrived promptly at 7:30 in the morning.  He was very professional and polite, a very personable guy.  It took longer than I thought it would but Ryan was very thorough and made sure everything was working before he left.  He also made some suggestions to mitigate a cold draft he felt when first arriving as well.  Would use Kellermeier again.

He was punctual; very professional and completed the job quickly.

After much deliberating and wasted time determining the problem, we once again told him where the problem was.
He gave us an estimate for unplugging the drain and we agreed to price presented.    It was detemined that he needed
a snake to put down the drain to unplug it.    Only had a 25 snake with him on truck.    He wasted another hour pouring
liquid down the drain and attempting to open drain.
Finally decided to call his company and requested a longer snake.    An hour and half later someone finally shows
up with longer snake.   Still not long enoug to reach problem area.    He determines the problem solved and presents
with a bill for over a $100.00 of agreed price.   We refused to pay the overcharge and gave him a check for the amount
agreed upon.
As I was getting dinner and running water, the drain again bubbling up into the sink.   Called asked to talk to owner but
was told he was not available.    Did talk to him the follwing day and told him drain still not working and not happy
to be out $233.00 for repairs.      We were told to call Roto-rotor and get drained unpluged and sent the bill to them
for payment.   WILL NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!

They came out and fixed furnace as soon as they could and before that walked me through what I could do until they came.
