I am a small cleaning company & I take pride in my work. I am very detail oriented, reliable & can provide great references (if Angie's List isn't enough). I am located in Randolph, Ohio but have a Hartville mailing address. I will provide my own vacuum cleaner, mop & cleaning rags. I prefer to use your cleaning products, but do have some favorites that I might suggest. I will use green (earth friendly) cleaners if you prefer. I work in most parts of the Portage, Summit & Stark county areas.

It took two days to get my house done. Quite frankly, I probably should have had them in for one additional day. I haven't been able to take care of the interiors of my house due to some medical problems. So, they were really taking care of things and trying to get as much dust out of the house as they could. We had a little trouble scheduling. It was the scheduling and not having as many people in the crew available. A light bulb got broken and an outlet plug was broken. I did not mention the plug to them and I did not request that they replace the light bulb because it was a candlelight light bulb and I thought I had one already in the closet so I could just change it. Their responsiveness was excellent. They were here when they said they would be here. The problem was trying to schedule them to get them here and a full crew. They had illnesses too. They were casual and very pleasant. I certainly trusted them to be in my house. They were very respectful and very helpful, but it was more casual. Some people come in and have a plan and they just kind of take over and are like, "This is what we're going to do. This is what we're here for." These people were much more flexible. That was a good thing. We didn't have a walk-through, so that they would know, in advance, what specifically I wanted. I gave them more general directions like, "I want as much dust out of the house as I can get," and wood floors needed to be washed - I had not done that. Their vacuum cleaner didn't work the first time. So I used mine, but mine, I discovered didn't have any bristles on the brush and didn't pick up stuff. I didn't know that until afterwards.

It was difficult fitting you into my schedule because we are very busy and I am a small business. You could have contacted me if you needed an additional day, and you still can. So sorry about the vacuum cleaner quitting on us - it wasn't something we planned on lol. I think you gave us a good review so I'm not sure why you stated you wouldn't hire us again. I made an appointment with Sandy for a housecleaning prior to a party. They cleaned the first floor of our house. I was very happy with the job they did. Sandy was very accommodating when I requested the day prior to the party. She had other jobs scheduled for that day but fit me in. I will definitely be calling for cleaning in the future.

I'll give them an A across the board. They'll do anything you'll ask them to do pretty much. They're detail-oriented and that's the reason I got them because I saw that the review said that. Their price is the same as everybody else.

WE HAD GONE ON ANGIE'S LIST AND READ THE REVIEWS. AGREED UPON A PRICE AND SET UP THE SERVICE SCHEDULE. WAS TOLD WHAT WE EXPECTED, ONE ROOM DEEP CLEANED A VISIT AND GENERAL CLEANING FOR THE REST OF THE HOUSE. WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE TWO PEOPLE FOR TWO HOURS. ARRIVED WITH THREE PEOPLE AND CLEANED FOR 1.5 HOURS. OUR MASTER BEDROOM AND MASTER BATHROOM WAS CLEANED REALLY WELL, BUT THE REST OF THE HOUSE WAS NOT REALLY TOUCHED. UPON COMPLETING THE BEDROOM/BATHROOM TOLD MY 87 YEAR OLD MOTHER IN LAW AND HER CARE GIVER THAT THEY WERE DONE. THEY RESPONDED THAT AT LEAST THEY COULD CLEAN THE KITCHEN. THEY DID AND THEN TOLD THEM THAT WE OWED $12.50. WHEN MY WIFE CALLED AND SPOKE WITH HER, IT WAS AGREED TO GO OUR SEPARATE WAYS, BUT SHE THEN TEXTED MY WIFE BACK AND CONTINUED TO TRY AND MAKE HER POINT AND THAT WE WERE WRONG IN WHAT WE WANTED.

"I guess I need to get on Angie's List more often & read my reviews. It is 7/22/15 so I am a little late on my response to this review lol! {member name removed} called & inquired about me cleaning & what my rates were. I told her $25 per man hour. She wanted me to do 4 hours of cleaning & would pay $80. I agreed to the rate reduction as it sounded like she had a lot on her plate with taking care of her mother & working outside the home. In fact, we spoke of her caregiver that takes care of her mom as I was looking for someone to watch my dad for a couple hours a day. She said she had contacts for me. I arrived at her house with my 2 helpers as we had 2 large jobs that day. Sometimes I have 1 helper, sometimes 2. If I told her 2 helpers for 2 hours (equaling 4 man hours) & she got 3 workers at 1 1/2 hours (4 1/2 man hours) then she made out. I hadn't seen the house prior to cleaning it. The house had clutter everywhere & we worked very hard to get as much done as possible. The master bedroom & bath were thoroughly cleaned. We got other rooms done including the kitchen. The only thing that wasn't done in the kitchen at the end of the 4 hours was the floor. I asked the caregiver & the mother if I should keep cleaning after the 4 hours were up. They asked how long it would take & I said "why don't we see what we can get done in 1/2 hour. She agreed & said her daughter would pay me next time. In actuality, we were there 5 1/2 man hours which is quite a bargin at $80.00. We did NOT tell their mother that we were done after just doing the master bath/bedroom. They did NOT respond "you could at least clean the kitchen" because it was already done (except the floor). I did NOT tell them they owed $12.50, I asked before I went over the 4 hours. Also, I was chatting with the caregiver & asked if she had any time available as I was looking for someone to check in on my dad for a couple hours a day. I was not aware that she worked full time for the {member name removed} until I received the phone call from {member name removed} accusing me of trying to steal her caregiver. This was very upsetting to me as I would never do anything like that. I'm sorry that we didn't work out for her but we worked very hard to get as much done as we could within the allotted time frame. I never did meet {member name removed} and I wish her well."

Sandy is wonderful to work with. She communicates well and responds quickly to my calls or texts. She is also very pleasant to be around. One thing that I appreciate is Sandy's consistency. She always shows up and always does a great job. If we have to rearrange schedules Sandy is accommodating and flexible. I highly recommend Sandy to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional to clean and organize.

I have had some surgeries, and so Sandy had quite a project because things had not been done either well or at all. She did a great job, and is coming back at the end of Dec. to finish the major big cleaning, and then we will have her once a month to keep it up. She was on task, and I was very pleased.

She did a good job. They would always tell me that I did not have to do anything, that I was the customer. She is very skillful at going through disorganization and clutter. She quickly can figure out what is for keeps and I would help her out with making the decision. She tries to stay under an hourly schedule when doing her work so she can keep on time for her other appointment. She will even do a little bit of decorating for you if you would like.

Sandy and I had trouble at first coordinating our schedules. When she came to clean she was very thorough. She took much longer that the previous service I had used, but did a better job. I will definitely use her in the future

She has been cleaning for me for about 10 years. I highly recommend her. She is thorough, is open to any requests I make, and prompt. I feel very comfortable having her come to the house when I am there and when I am gone. For many years she would clean with my children home and I was at work. The kids were comfortable with the arrangement also. I can't say enough great things about the work Sandy does.
