Water Softener Service
Our water softner broke while we were away from home so most of the resin came out of the tank and filled our water lines. Mel's came out the same day I called, replaced the broken part, and cleared the resin out of all the faucets but our shower because they didn't have the tools to get it apart. They did not have enough resin to fill the tank so they bypassed the softner until they could come back. The valve to bypass the softer had corroded so badly it was not able to be turned, so Mel's replaced the valve with a new one. They called a plumber to come by to clear the resin from the shower, which he did the next day at no charge us. We were not billed until the job was done to our satisfaction.

WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. STOPPED BY LATER TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SOFTENER. VERY UNEXPECTED.
