Dan met me at the house, looked over the projects I wanted done, then a few days later he sent me a proposal, which I found reasonable so I signed it and sent the down payment. they started the projects the next week

The porch was not safe to even walk under. The roofer could not finish his job until it was finished. He came out and looked at it and agreed to replace one rafter, all the sheeting on the underside, and the 4x4 support beam. He also rapped the post in cedar. It took him one day to do everything. Very detailed work.
