Jeff Desjardins from Detective Homes Mitigation was very professional, his workmanship was detailed and meticulous. I have been referring Jeff and his team for years for radon mitigation. Not only do I refer him to my clients who I can deeply about, but I used him in my own personal home. Jeff, the owner, arrived 5 minutes early for the estimate and 10 minutes early for the service appointment, a big plus in my book.  He examined the entire system, explained what the problem was, and offered me options on how to proceed.  He clearly explained everything I needed to know to make my decision.  I chose to have the fan and conduit replaced.  While he did so (and in extremely cold weather), he also rewired the system to make it more efficient.  He even labeled the proper circuit in my breaker box!  He also ran a test to be sure the new fan is adequate and the system is working satisfactorily. 
Jeff is very professional, efficient, prompt, and helpful.  He is a pleasure to work with and I will not hesitate to call him again for any needed repairs.  I recommend him highly.
