I had work performed by Coblenz. I was given an estimate for the work. I agreed to the price. The work was completed, then, several weeks later, I was told that the price would be $33.50 more. Its now been over a month, and they refuse to return my calls to discuss the bill. Feel free to call sara at 330-644-4171 for more information.

Coblentz followed up with a long friendly phone call when they found I had a minor issue with their service. That rates a lot in my book. I can recommend these guys whole-heartedly.

"We are so grateful for feedback from our clients. We take to heart each comment we hear and venture to continually improve. We have always had "live" phone answering but not always full-time receptionists and dispatching. Member's services were rendered in 2007. Since that time, we have hired full-time office personnel to make sure that calls are always answered with a "live" person on the other end of the phone and scheduling can be done during normal office hours with 24 hour service to existing clients. We have heard from so many clients, "We'll never use another plumber," or a similar phrase that we just thought we'd let our clients do the bragging and use the slogan, "We don't call us the best, YOU do." We rectified the concerns the member has had with our phone services in the past because we care about him. We sincerely appreciate the time he took to grant Angie's List the interview."

Excellent experience as usual. Have used Coblentz since at least 2006 for variety of problems. Always prompt, professional, and reasonable prices. This time I asked advice on pros and cons of switching to instant hot water system. After joint on-site analysis of our set-up, likely installation problems, relative costs, etc., I decided better to stick with tank. New tank promptly installed, old tank removed, thorough clean-up.
