+ -1 moreOFFICE MANAGER WHO SETUP APPOINTMENT WAS VERY COURTEOUS. SHE FOLLOWED UP WITH US TO TELL US THE PROGRESS OF THIS CLAIM. THE REPAIRMAN EXPLAINED AS HE WORKED. HAD TO ASK FOR A COPY OF RECEIPT. NORMAL CHARGE IS $60/HR.
Description of Work: MICROWAVE SMOKES AND CACKLES. WARRANTY SERVICE SENT THIS COMPANY TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THE REPAIRMAN GAVE HIS ESTIMATE OF WORK NEEDED: SENSORS, DIODES, ETC. IS A 19 YEAR OLD MICROWAVE SO WILL COST MORE IN REPAIRS THAN ITEM IS WORTH. HE GIVES THE INFO TO WARRANTY COMPANY WHO WILL MAKE THE JUDGMENT ON REPAIR.
