Our tank had not been cleaned out for many years, and we were concerned with the integrity of the tank.  He came out and parked in our drive, pulled the hoses off 1 at a time (important to me!), set up and cleaned it out.  He inspected it and gave recommendations on how to care for it (enzymes etc...) and how often to have it emptied in the future.  We were very pleased with the job he did, cleanliness etc...(not a "fun" job to do), and the professionalism.
