Tri-State Computer Wizards Inc

I have been a customer of TriState Computer Wizards for almost 14 years. Todd and Jim are the best! I first went to them on the recommendation of a friend when my office computers were victimized by a virus. They fixed a difficult problem and got my computers, and my office back up in running quickly.
I purchased my first laptop there about 10 years ago. Then I bought one for my daughter two years ago, then a new laptop for myself when the old one finally died after a long life. I have referred my father there and he has purchased several computers for work and home. My other family members and friends have also purchased computers and have been very pleased with their experiences.
They not only provide the best products at good prices, the support and service after the sale is tremendous. They are knowlegeable and helpful. But the greatest aspect of doing business with Jim and Todd is integrity. They are honest. Computers, software, and viruses can be very complicated and it would be very easy to take advantage of someone that doesn't have an in-depth knowledge of these things. But, I have complete confidence that they will not take advantage of anyone. Even if I could save a few bucks at the big-box store or wholesale club, it's more valuable to me to have a good relationship with trustworthy people.
