Prior to calling Savings Liquid Waste we had called an emergency plumber for a backup in our basement drain. They advised us our septic was full and had to immediately be drained. At 9PM on Saturday my husband confirmed an appt for the next morning at 8 AM. Turns out the plumber was wrong, our septic was not too full. However Savings Liquid Waste was able to clear out our pipe AND found and removed the clog. We appreciated their immediate turnaround and the willingness to go above and beyond to fix our issue.

They had the best price around and were able to work with my schedule. I had questions about the symptoms my system was experiencing and wanted to discuss them with the operator. Matt had finished a little earlier than I could get home. He waited for me and went over what he had done and what I would need to do in the future for maintaining my system. He was very helpful and informative. I had no idea septic systems had changed so much in the last 15 years.

The technicians that came out were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me understand what to do in the future and did a awesome job!! Would definitely recommend their services to any one I know. Thanks a ton.

The County Board of Health inspects out septic system every year.  This was our first year as owners of this house, and we received a report that the septic system needed pumping.  A neighbor recommended Saving Liquid Waste. I called and made an appointment within a few days of my call.  I was called before they arrived, and they arrived within the time window set for the appointment.  They took a good amount of time pumping several tanks.  Sometimes I thought they were finished with a tank, but they would continue pumping.  All my questions were answered.  It started to rain, but the work continued.  There was no rush to finish.  The County did a second inspection, and everything was satisfactory.  A young man was getting on the job training in pumping septic systems, and I, as a teacher, thought the man/owner was doing a good job of training the young man.  The owner called me after he got back to the office with a filter number for an air filter that needed replacing on the motor that pumps air into the system.  It was cheaper for me to do the simple replacement that was less than $7.
