Gina went through the property with me and told me her feelings concerning it. She was very honest about any flaws and good points that she found. She was quite knowledgeable about most parts of the home and even had her flashlight to check in the basement and garage. She put in the offer and dealt with the seller's agent, getting me an excellent deal. She held my hand at the closing table and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire sale process, explaning anything that I did not undersatnd. Afterwards, she recommended contractors to help me renovate the property and even offered to help me with some things herself. After the renovation she listed the property for me to sell. She has had open houses and used various other marketing techniques to aid in this process as well.
