My wife and I must say we were most pleased with Brandon himself and the repair service he provided. He was truly interested in knowing what the problem wasâ he began examining our shade immediately, and trying in different ways to resolve the problem. We could tell he was truly interested in figuring the whole thing out. He was all but done when he confessed parts would have to be found and ordered, when he decided to make another try at it. Success. Very reasonable rate.

Even though I bought my blinds from Blinds.com, I needed it installed. I contacted Heather who confirmed the install for the same day the blind was delivered. Brandon did an excellent job and am very happy they were able to come on such short notice and finish my project.
