Description of Work: the service required me to purchase 100 gal. new or used. I chose Duncan Oil in Dayton Ohio. They provided same size new tank for a 1 time lease fee of under $100.00. They installed tank and filled within 1 week of initial call. Both tank installer and fuel delivery driver were through and professional. The propane fuel price was the lowest of all companies contacted. I would highly recommend Duncan.

Description of Work: Purchased a new home and they came out and performed a Gas Appliance System Check since we are going to have our propane gas delivered by them. The service tech was very professional and explained what he was doing in detail. We have had our propane tanks filled since then and we have not had any problems.

Description of Work: Heyob is now our regular propane supplier. Prices are better than most, and several purchase/payment plans are available. Their response time is always fast. During last winter's propane "shortage", they made a great effort to assure that no one ran out of fuel.

+ -1 moreThis company was extremely professional. Did a much better job of installing the tank than the company I used before them. They filled the tank the same day. I switched to them because they had propane last winter when my previous company was rationing it's customers. I was with that company for twenty years and when I asked them to sell me the tank they refused, so they basically held me hostage through the winter. When I could get a truck into my yard I switched to Heyob, best move I ever made. My old company still hasn't picked up their tank and told me they weren't sure when they could come and get it. Now you know why I changed!
Description of Work: Installed a new 1000 gal propane tank and filled it for a great price.

+ -1 moreI did not know how much propane my pool heater would need. They suggested I buy a larger tank versus setting up regular propane service--full disclosure, they do my heating oil service already--and told me how much a 350 gallon and 500 gallon tank would cost. I chose not to buy a tank that day, as I wanted to talk to me pool guy first, to get an idea of how much I might need (he recommended 350 gallons for a summer for my 20,000 gallon pool). I would have liked to have received more guidance based on their history of providing propane to other customers, just like they figure out how often to bring heating oil.
Description of Work: I called to see how much it would cost for propane service to heat my pool.

Description of Work: We get our propane from them all year. The price is the approximate price for one year to heat a 3000 sq. ft. home. I am on an automatic fill schedule. You have the option of being on an even billing schedule, so I would pay about $100.00 per month on a 12 month even billing schedule.
