WE CONTACTED MS. FISHER IN APRIL 2014 TO DISCUSS HOW BEST TO PREPARE OUR HOME TO SELL AT A FUTURE (UNKNOWN) DATE. MS. FISHER ASSESSED OUR HOME AND OFFERED SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS WHAT NEEDED TO BE UPDATED.
IN THE FOLLOWING MONTHS, SHE PROVIDED US LISTINGS THAT HAD FEATURES WE DESIRED FOR OUR FUTURE HOME. WE EVENTUALLY DISCOVERED OUR PROSPECTIVE HOME ON OUR OWN--AS IT WAS LISTED FOR SALE BY OWNER.
AFTER WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT TO BUY A HOME. WE CONTACTED HER AGAIN TO DISCUSS WHEN TO LIST OUR HOME SINCE IT WAS LATE FALL 2014 AND WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT LISTING DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS. ALL OF OUR FAMILY WERE COMING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS SO WE DELAYED LISTING OUR HOME UNTIL EARLY JANUARY 2015. WE WERE VERY CONCERNED THAT LISTING IN JANUARY WASN'T A GOOD PLAN AND FEARED OUR HOME WOULDN'T SELL TILL SPRING 2015.
FORTUNATELY FOR US, MS. FISHER'S MARKETING PLAN WAS ON TARGET, HER SUGGESTIONS SMART AND HELPFUL AND THE PROFESSIONAL PICTURES WERE GORGEOUS. WE LISTED ON MLS AND WITHIN 48 HOURS WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT! THE BUYERS WERE PRE-APPROVED AND GETTING TO CLOSING WAS SMOOTH AND SEEMLESS.
MS. FISHER WAS AWESOME AGENT AND VERY PERSONABLE. HER ADVICE WAS INVALUABLE.
