They did an ok job. Took about 2.5 hrs to install the radio. When i went to check out. They told me they do not take checks. They guy had to drive me to the bank so I could get out cash. It was a little awkward.

I made a 5:00 appointment to have my car alarm removed. It was 14+ years old and had started squawking at random intervals for no apparent reason. They quoted a price of $60 for labor and said it would take about an hour. When I arrived, they took my key and set me up in a home theater to watch a movie while I waited (and to showcase the fact that they do home audio installation as well). After an hour of watching the movie, no one had come in to talk to me, so I went out for an update. It turns out they had forgotten to pull my car in and hadn't started work. The owner apologized and had his guys get to work. I went back and finished the movie and about 1 1/2 hours later, I was all set. Basically, I waited 2 1/2 hours for a one hour job. The owner did knock off $10 due to the delay. The alarm was removed and they gave me the old parts to verify that the work was done. I haven't had any problems with the car since.

I liked the reviews on Angie's List. I liked that they were close by. They were responsive to my needs. They helped me select a radio and satellite unit that would work in my car. Sounds great now.

I called and they were able to schedule an appt. three days later. They were ready on time and very courteous even though we were late arriving. They paid attention to details and were careful to follow instructions on equipment that we supplied. Overall, they were prompt, courteous and professional at a very reasonable price.

Product works pretty well for the price. There was some run-around in getting it installed as it was not what they originally thought they could install.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY STUCK TO THEIR WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR. NOT A PROBLEM TO GET AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND CORDIAL WHEN COMING TO EITHER OF THE TWO LOCATIONS. VERY PERSONABLE STAFF, KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS, AND WON'T SELL ANYTHING THEY DON'T STAND BY. NICE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. VERY REASONABLE ESTIMATES, GOOD PRICES, QUOTED BY MANAGER. AND AN HONEST MECHANIC (J.T.). ALWAYS STAYED WITH THE QUOTED FIGURES. FELT REASSURED THAT REPEAT BUSINESS WOULD NOT BE A DISAPPOINTMENT. I HAD MOVED FROM THE WEST SIDE (STARTED DOING BUSINESS W/THE COLERAIN AVE LOCATION), TO WEST CHESTER, AND WENT TO THE FAIRFIELD LOCATION WITHOUT A HITCH.
