Vendor has high ambition to satisfy customer but is limited in technical experience; unable to decipher select Event Viewer codes. Machine must be taken elsewhere. At the moment - although unfavorable comments do appear for Best Buy - they are most likely to have an individual capable of reading codes and resolving such error messages since several repairmen work in the same room where helping one another is possible when puzzling issues arise.
At least... that's the way I feel at this point. We'll see if they can fix the machine.

Lee returned my phone call within five minutes, listened carefully to my description of the problems we were having with the computers, and scheduled a house call for the next day. He showed up at exactly the promised time and spend almost three hours working on the computers. He determined that the problems were caused by a malfunctioning router. When he replaced it with a new one and reconnected the computers, all problems disappeared.

The desktop hard drive crashed and Lee was able to salvage all important files as well as all Outlook contacts. Our college-age daughter's laptop required repair for exterior damage and the replacement of a charging module to correct the units inability to hold a charge. Lee was not only available to discuss the repairs and strategies to address issues as they arose, but also made timely follow-ups as needed. His prices were fair, but his services and and quot;go beyond the call of dutyand quot; business model is priceless.

He did a really great job fixing my lap top. He had it done fairly quickly. Something else went wrong with my laptop within 2-3 days of getting it back. Well this time when I took my computer into him he fixed it free of charge. I would use him again and recommend him to family and friends.

He was very professional and we enjoyed working with him. Best part is my computer is fixed! He came back a couple days later and made sure we were doing okay and that we understood everything.

We got a Virus on one of our office computers and we couldn not solve it. Lee came out and cleaned the computer and it works now beautifully.

I’m an imaging professional and documentary filmmaker
using a pumped up Alienware computer as my main editing work station. This computer is loaded with expensive high powered
software that enables me to create my projects.
It would cost me approx. $5K plus to replace it with a new computer and
software. The computer took a dump
(graphics/video card) and would no longer boot up. Lee replaced the card and performed a host drive
backup that fixed it back to its original state of performance. I was back to work in short order and only paid
$265 for the service. I figure Lee saved

Answered my phone call immediately and got back to me within the same day as to what to expect. Checked in with me 2/3 times a day on progress and kept it an extra day because he wasnt happy with the first run through. Took less than 4 days which seemed like forever but considering most everything was saved and working better than ever - was well worth it. Lee also helped me with some follow up calls when I was reloading data to make sure all went smoothly.

I found Lee on Angie's list and emailed him from there. He responded within the hour, letting me know I could bring the laptop in the next day. I called him the next day and arranged a time to take the laptop. He went to work on it right away and let me know that the hard drive had failed (which I had expected). He replaced the hard drive and was able to recover my data from the failed drive. Lee is very nice, honest, professional, l and reasonably priced. I was able to pick the laptop up in three days. It works like a charm. I will definitely contact Lee for any further computer problems that I may have. I have recommended him to family members, and I defnitely recommend him to others.

Lee is friendly and gets back to you right away. He does a great job and tries his best to get your computer back to you as soon as possible. Whenever we have computer issues, we call Lee. We know he's reliable and does the job right. We will continue to use him in the future and recommend him to friends and family.

Found Lee on Angies list Sunday evening December 9, 2012 at approximately 9:30 p.m. Emailed him stating our problems. He responded within 15 minutes. He called first thing Monday morning and set up appointment for the same day at 10:30 a.m. He arrived promptly at 10:30 a.m. Had the connectivity issue to the wireless internet resolved pretty quickly. He then went on and repaired all the other issues regarding the wireless printer connectivity issue. He took the one laptop with him in order to address the slowness. He called on Tuesday to let us know where he was with the tuneup on the laptop and stated that he would return it Wednesday morning by 10 a.m. He returned it on Wednesday morning on time as promised. We are very pleased with all the work Lee did and for such reasonable rates.

Lee was very professional and honest. We replaced a defective motherboard on our homebuilt computer and ran into a memory problem we could not resolve. Lee repaired the computer initially and the problem showed back up. With no extra charge, Lee took the computer back and resolved the problem. The only reason I gave a and quot;Band quot; on puctuality was due to circumstances out of his control which caused a delay in the repair schedule. We were very impressed that he was willing to work with us and our homebuilt computer. Overall this was a great experience and we will use Lee's PC service for any future PC repair needs.

It went very well, all issues excet one was addresed, maleware was removed. He needs to come back to readdress one issue and has agreed to do so.

The service was very good and they were fair. He did not charge me because he did not find anything wrong with the monitor; it just would not work with my computer. I did not have to wait at all; he brought it over that day. I will use him again in the future. When I read about him on the internet he got really good ratings on the computer so that is why I used him.

He was very helpful. He gave it a really good overhaul. There was nothing that really needed to be fixed but he did suggest that I buy a new hardrive rather than buying a new computer. I did and I am very happy that I did. It is running smoothly. I am not having having problems anymore. He made several good suggestions, but didn't pressure me to spend more $ unnes. He was prompt, he serviced my computer in a timely fashion, and he was honest. I would recommend him

It was an excellent experience. It's scary to hand over a laptop to someone and we have had some less than positive experiences in the past, but Mr. Lee was responsive, honest and did what he said he would in a good time frame and at a reasonable fee.

Lee hlped my elderly parents set up their computer system in the new home. He was patient with them and explained things well.

I was impressed with Lee and I would recommend him. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how long it would take. I found him to be very hones and professional. He will pick up and your computer and deliver it when finished. He does not just drop the computer off he sets it up and make sure everything is working properly.

As I said, Lee is very honest and professional. He called us when he said he would and our computer was ready for pick-up when he said it would be. Because of the excellent service that Lee provided me, I am having him tune up my daughter and son's laptops!

If you have any problem with your PC - see Lee! He's a miracle worker. Replaced my smashed screen that Best Buys wouldn't touch, Then, offered me a special rate on a tune-up and my Vaio is like new again. I WILL be going back, and you should definitely consider taking your business to Lee. Honest, considerate, kind and reasonable.

It took a while but he was able to fix my computer and I was pleased with the results. I am now able to get on my AOL. He is available in case of trouble with your computer service.
