WISE PAINTING

Paint, provided by contractor, used in kitchen and family room was white wash/flat white paint.  It has not held up well.  We provided the for the dining room but there were a bunch of fibers and dirt rolled into the paint...like he used a really old brush.

Called Wise Painting for an estimate, as I watched him painting a home nearby, and was impressed. I accepted his estimate. He scheduled the job and showed up on time. He and his crew took two days to complete the task. He even left the leftover paints so I could do any touchups in the future. I was completely satisfied.

I am particular and insisted the windows were comletely masked. I insisted on brush and roller only. What I like best was John is an owner that is on the job. He works with a longtime partner that has the experience to do great work. Too many other painting firms hire cheap labor and run crews. These "hands off" businessmen pose a great risk as I have learned from the past. John was on the job every second and that allowed me to make last minute decisions that ended in a fabulous job for the best price. I shopped hard and in Wise painting, I'll never use another.

John Wise gave a written estimate. After I accepted he scheduled the job. John and crew arrived and performed the work as scheduled. They used tarps to protect areas as needed. They were careful not to trample my flower beds. They put a primer coat on the siding before the final coat, as old paint was well worn. It took one day to power wash, then two days to paint. Everything got two coats of paint. They did not get any paint on first floor that has brick. The house looks great. The amount for the job was the same as the estimate. I am pleased and have recommended his company to neighbors.
