They fixed the problem. It was under warranty at the time. They were so expensive when I called them after that, they were ridiculous.

Fireplace Service
We went to the Kettering store to look at fireplace options both gas and electric. The salesman there was very knowledgeable about both and helped us make the decision to buy an electric fireplace made by Dimplex. We brought it home and are enjoying it. The price we paid was very competitive. We were given the "sale" price for the unit even thought the sale did not start until the end of the week.

THEY HAD US RESEARCH THE PROBLEM UNTIL WE COULD IDENTIFY EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO REPLACE THE PART, BUT HAD A FAULTY ONE, SO HE HAD TO COME BACK WITH ANOTHER ONE.
