He "fired up" the computer to see the problem on the spot, found the problem immediately and showed me how to fix it myself in the future. And he did not charge me.

They did what they said they'd do and gave me a quote upfront. Didn't charge extra and stayed in the price range given to me. Completed the work quickly and guaranteed the work. I'd use them again.

I brought my computer to them last week and it was fixed faster than I was told. They estimated the cost when I brought it in and it was that cost. They do give free diagnosis.
