 + -1 moreOverall, it went poorly. Not awful, not great. The biggest issue was timeliness. They treated me as a one-time builder, and gave preference to bigger clients. Some of my work got pushed back because of this. They did negotiate with me for a portion of the extra expenses incurred due to their tardiness. It was still not satisfactory, but they made some concessions.
Description of Work: They did a portion of the excavating work on the construction of the new home.
