I was in need of replacing the crumbling concrete around my home. I had noticed two neighbors a couple of blocks away who had new concrete work done a year or so ago. The driveways, sidewalks, etc. looked very nice. I ask one of them who performed the work and they told me Sam Neal. He also shared the cost which seemed very reasonable. I knew that Sam Neal had been in the concrete business for a very long time. I called him in early April 2013. He came out In a day or two. We discussed what work I wanted. He took some measurements and had a proposal for me in a couple of days. He was finishing up two other jobs and advised he could start on my work within a couple of weeks unless he had weather delays. They started the work on May 7, 2013. Actually his son and two employees showed up to do the work. Sam explained to me that his son has been doing this for about 15 years.
The three men were very polite and courteous. The work was completed in about 5 working days. We are very satisfied with the results. My driveway is longer than most and is over two cars widths wide at the end. The extended some areas where I had small amounts of grass around my deck and yard barn. This cleaned up the area and tied everything together.Licensing
