His design and bid were very competitive, and his attention to detail at the beginning of the job was outstanding.  During the framing process, Rick suggestions some modifications to his plans that really enhanced the aesthetics and functionality of our space.  However, once the initial framing was done he did not return to our jobsite and left daily supervision to a contracted worker. The job was supposed to take 3-4 weeks, but after 2 or 3 months of slow progress it took the threat of legal action to get the owner's attention. The overall work was of good quality (minus the inability of contracted workers to read installation instructions on a sauna kit), but not worth the aggravation.
