OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE PATIENT AND HELPFUL THROUGH THE PLANNING PROCESS. THEY STUCK TO THE SCHEDULE, COMMUNICATED VERY WELL THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS, AND WERE VERY FOCUSED ON MAKING SURE WE WERE HAPPY. THE WORK LOOKED MUCH BETTER THAN I WAS ANTICIPATING, AND THEY DID NO DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY. I SPOKE WITH 4 OTHER PROVIDERS WHILE PLANNING THIS PROJECT, AND RENCK'S WAS THE BEST. THEY WERE VERY PRICE COMPETITIVE AS WELL.
