WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I needed help fast.This was the only company that answered my call after trying ten others.Went great took him 20 minutes and they came on a Saturday morning.They are my new plumbers.

He replaced a part that fixed the problem

Showed up on time and got right to work. Fixed both faucets and let me check that the work met my expectations.

It went as planned

Fine, there was a mix up on where I would be. I was in the back of the house and the guy left. When I called they came back out right away.

They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reasonable.

Paul took out all of the plumbing the previous owner had installed and reworked the lines so that we have more room below the sink with the disposal than we had before anything was changed.

Called Mr. Rader at approximately 1 pm.  Received a return call within minutes and was informed Mr. Rader would be at my residence between 3-4pm.  He arrived shortly after 3 pm and finished up at 4:15 pm.  Both my wife and I were impressed with Mr. Raders attention to detail and just how clean he left the area after performing the services.  Would definitely use his services in the future.

We were having rusty water come out of a hot water faucet on the tub and thought it was from the hot water heater. Rader and Son explained it was likely not the hot water heater if the problem was only on one faucet. I was told to run the hot water full blast periodically to get sediment out the that pipe. Saved us a trip charge and solved our problem! Another place I called just said we needed a new hot water heater, end of story.

Mr. Rader came in, we told him where we thought the problem was.  He took a look informed us of the problems and fixed them.

Mr Radar looked at the job and explained to me how they would have to do.  It is an older house with tile and there were five handles.  Two for the shower and two for the tub.  Then also one for the drain plug.  Only the shower and the hot on the tub still worked.  . I wanted it replaced with a newer single faucet as I was having company in a few weeks. They replaced the faucet and fixed the areas of the removed faucets in a way that was still pleasing.  I was very pleased.  

Call them and they came the same day.  Fix it within 30 minutes.   I plan to have them return and do some additional work.

I called on a Saturday and they came that day.  They were very professional, however, I was charged $40 per hour, 3 hours, 2 plumbers, for a total labor bill of $240.  I think the work was done well (although I don't know much about plumbing).  I did find a puddle of water in the basement after they left, which I cleaned myself.

We are happy with our plumber.  They respond quickly and are reasonably priced.

I love their work. They are prompt and have reasonable prices. I will hire them again.

They were very honest and reasonably priced. They came out in a timely manner as well. They fixed it and we have no problems since.

He came in and fixed all the issues quickly and efficiently, and installed a new sink in a very small bathroom.

I've also had them put in a new water heater, but I don't remember the cost. What I remember is that Mr. Rader and his son are very quick, very efficient, polite and prompt, and worth every penny I paid.The only thing (years and years ago) that they were unable to do was clean out the drain by the water heater due to the very limited space it's in, but they gave me a great recommendation!

I've moved since then, but I know who I'll call.
