Bait and switch. Called for an estimate range for a simple repair of a broken garage door spring. Was given a range over the phone and told there would be no service charge. The range was in line with what I had previously paid for a broken spring in another garage door. Tech arrived same day, was very nice and knowledgeable, but began pushing unnecessary services immediately. Was ultimately provided an estimate that was double the range given over the phone. When service was declined, Tech attempted to impose a $75 service fee. Also, this company's back end office is not local, but is located in Florida. Called the reputable local service provider that had replaced the spring in my other door a year earlier and was provided a hard cost over the phone that was half the price provided by Precision.
